Rich was born and raised in the Willamette Valley. He has over 35 years’ experience in the waste industry in Oregon and has been with Re:Source since 2018.

Maintenance Supervisor
Born and raised on the Oregon Coast, Eric has 20 years’ experience in the waste industry in Oregon. He joined the Re:Source team in 2017.
Jamie Hight
Human Resources Manager
Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Jamie has over 25 years’ experience in the waste industry and has been with Re:Source since the company accepted its first load in 2000.

Rachel was born and raised in the Northwest and graduated from University of Oregon. She joined the Re:Source team in 2023.
